Popular Swedish Reality TV Star Fredrik Eklund and his husband, Derek Kaplan just welcomed twins, a boy and a girl.

Sources claim the couple named their son and daughter Fredrick and Milla.

Derek Kaplan took to instagram to break the news with a picture of the proud fathers and their new born kids.

He wrote:
