Dan Bello is trending because after his Tulumbu’s Malta refinery story, APC influencers called for his arrest. Now with evidences, he has exposed how APC is using Mecca, Islam’s prestigious holy city to loot funds and buy lavish hotels.
Recently, Dan Bello did a video narrating how Tulumbu and his family are using the Malta refinery to pay themselves subsidy. The video garnered over 20Million organic reach on social media alone. So, APC influencers and pre-appointee’s began condemning and threatening him with arrest.
What does Dan Bello do next?
He exposes Kano APC’s Murtala Sule Garo who is Kano’s deputy governor candidate and the former Commissioner of Local Government affairs, under the infamous Gandollar.
Dan Bello said. During Murtala’s tenure as Kano’s commissioner of LG’s. He imposed a compulsory minimum levy of ₦5million on every Local Government in Kano for the purchase of diesel to “treat” water plants in the state. Kano has 44 local governments.
So, ₦5million x 44 LGA’s = ₦220milllion.
When the LG pays this ₦220M monthly, he will pocket it. How?
Murtala created two companies
1.MJ Multipurpose Services; owned by himself.
2.AU Future Investment Limited; owned by him, but opened through his relatives.
So, when the local government’s councils pay him ₦220M for water treatment, he will use his two companies to “write” to the State’s commissioner of Local Government to ask for funds to buy diesel and logistics.
Do you get it? — Okay. Murtala is Kano’s Commissioner of LG. But, after he collects money from innocent citizens, he will use his own company to write to himself to ask himself for another money to execute what he had already billed the people of Kano for. The trick here is, FG already covered all these expenses. So, the ₦220M he collected from the poor people, he will not use it for the job. It will enter his own pocket.

In a year he gets an average of ₦2.64 billion, in 4yrs he gets ₦10.58billion.. He then converts the money from NGN to Saudi’s Riyal via Kano BDCs, Muftahu Sani and NNM Fagge. Murtala was the Commissioner in charge of Kano State Ministry Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs from 2014-2023. Meaning that, according to Dan Bello, he probably made atleast ₦23billion from the water scam.
He then launders it through a Saudi Real Estate company called Naxt Vision. To further douse tension to reduce suspicion, he used ₦10billion to buy a suite in a hotel in Mecca (Hilton Hotels), from the room you can see then Ka’abah.
The Kaaba, sometimes referred to as al-Ka’ba al-Musharrafa, is a stone building at the center of Islam’s most important mosque and holiest site, the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is considered by Muslims to be the Bayt Allah and is the qibla for Muslims around the world.
Dan Bello added that. They are calling for his arrest, meanwhile he has only exposed just ONE of APC’s commissioners and politicians out of many.
That, the ₦10billion he used to purchase a hotel room would have lifted Kano if it was directly injected into the country. Atleast it could have bought over 133,000 bags of rice, built 50 standard primary schools at ₦200M per school, and even cleared hospital bills or built hospitals for the people of Kano.
But instead, the APC politician used it to buy a hotel room at the holiest land of their religion, in Mecca.
Bello asked that, now who should be arrested between him and the criminals in the government. He concluded that, he is just getting started.
Note that, mid July. The new Kano government dragged Murtala Sule Garo to court of over diversion of government funds, to the tune of ₦24 billion in local government funds. He was allegedly collecting FG’s money and the people’s money for the water project and wasn’t doing the job.
As expected, progressives insist Dan Bello is lying and will be arrested by the DSS.

ICYMI: Last week Dan Bello said, Tulumbu is deliberately sabotaging the economy for his own profit, paying subsidy to himself and deliberately frustrating Dangote’s refinery. His analogy made sense off already existing public information.
The video gained rapid momentum in the North. So, patriotic Arewa youths called for his arrest, some cited treason. While lovers of Nigeria in the SW were debunking his fictional claims.
According to reports, the video his videos have penetrated into northern parents WhatsApp.
However, legally there is no case here. Because he never mentioned the name everyone was assuming he was talking about, and even the names on the images he showed in the video were gotten from public domain, none was ‘created’ by him.
