Bola Ahmed Tinubu has named the Arterial Road N20 from Northern Parkway to Outer Northern Expressway (ONEX) as Professor Wole Soyinka Highway as recommended by the FCT administration.
The playwright, poet and novelist would clocks 90 on 13 July.
However, most Nigerians are asking, could this be the reason Wole Soyinka has refused to comment on Tinubu’s Government even though it’s so obvious that his government has Plunged Nigerians into severe hardship.
You’d recall that Wole Soyinka had said he would only comment on Tinubu’s Government after one year in office…. It’s past one year and Prof has refused to talk rather chose to attack Peter Obi and The Obidients.
This is same Prof. Wole Soyinka that led the mob that shut down Nigeria at Ojota, lagos during Goodluck Jonathan’s government and suddenly gone mute at Tinubu’s Government.
