Senator Abdul Ningi – THE HERO OF DEMOCRATIC VALUES & CHAMPION OF THE MASSES
In totality, I stand with Senator Abdul Ningi, a PDP senator, who has proven, once again, what true opposition is and how to stand against actions that do not benefit Nigeria and Nigerians. I doff my hat.
It is rather unfortunate that at a time when the APC led administration has further plunged Nigerians into untoward hardship, hunger, pain, senseless kidnappings, and killings, the Akpabio-led senate is busing sharing our common patrimony, as alleged by several quarters. What is the exact amount budgeted to the Senate president? How many aides does he have? What is is operating costs of his office? Even senators do not know.
Is the senate even aware that over 400 children and girls have been kidnapped by terrorists in the last two weeks alone? When will they have a discussion about rescuing the innocent children whom the terrorists have threatened to marry off and sell?
At the critical time, the Labour Party senators are conspicuously missing in calling out this government and senate leadership . In all of this, the Senate Minority leader, Sen. Abba Morro, has lost focus and failed in his constitutional duties of standing with the minority voices in the senate.
The leadership of the PDP must stand with and protest Sen. Ningi and other senators speaking up against the evil policies and actions of the APC.
