I guess there’s need for some clarifications with the previous post i made about BREAKING : Labour Party Guber. Candidate in Delta state Wins His Case at the Court of Appeal.
Let’s clarify this
! The labour party candidate of delta state Ken Pela @KKenPela was NOT declared governor at the court of appeal today.
Recall that his case was thrown out at the petition tribunal in delta state.
He appealed at the court of appeal and won the case today, which means he is back at the election tribunal to challenge the governorship election of Delta state.
A new date for the tribunal hearing will be fixed and the case will be heard.
It means, he is starting afresh from where the Enugu and Lagos state Tribunal currently are…
