Electoral fraud is becoming more brazen across Africa because of the Nigerian example!
I just learned that voting took place in Gabon today and guess what? The two-time president who’s seeking a third time in office executed similar tactics as Bulaba!
As Rinu noted, “the government who has been in power since 1967, shut down the internet, removed names of candidates from the ballot papers, & stopped international observers and journalists from covering the elections, while electoral officers arrived so late at the polls.”

I remember once writing here that Democracies across AFRICA face huge risks because of the wanton illegalities APC perpetuated on Feb 25, 2023.
Look how Sierra Leone also replicated APC template: rigged elections, got sworn in & told the opposition to go to court!
If the Nigerian Judiciary doesn’t do the right thing, many more unscrupulous African leaders will key into this template & continue to set Africa back, 100 years or more, behind the rest of the world.
We will not allow this!

All these are happening in Africa and ECOWAS is busy twerking around Niger Republic.. Unless the Judiciary corrects this anomaly that Mahmood Yakubu and Festus Okoye did… Africa would always look at Nigeria and smile, copy Bola Tinubu’s Template and keep on with democratic coups….. This has to stop already…!!
