In response to Atiku Abubakar’s application, Chicago State University has agreed to release Bola A. Tinubu’s credentials once the court issues the order. Meanwhile, Tinubu’s lawyers have yet to file an order citing reasons why his academic records should not be released.
In a statement dated August 23, issued by the university and signed by the university’s counsel, the university noted that once they get an order from the court, the academic records of Bola Tinubu will be released.
The university pleaded with the court to be specific with the demands it seeks. The statement reads, “In the event the court determines to allow any discovery to proceed here, the university urges the court to direct only limited, targeted discovery on the university.
