A brief summary of most things that happened today in the Biggie’s house…
Biggie’s house this morning had a vibe of positivity as Seyi finally apologised to the female housemates for his utterances after the Saturday night rave, while Sholzy advised Tolanibaj about the importance of correcting negative stereotypes.
After their morning workout session, head of house Soma gathered the housemates in the lounge for a session of shared positive affirmations, encouraging everyone to focus on their strengths and support each other in achieving their goals. To achieve this, the housemates repeated words of affirmations read by the Head of House in a bid to have a peaceful day. This led to Seyi taking centre stage to make an apology to the ladies for his utterances about women. “If you eventually see the clip, maybe you will understand,” Seyi said as the female housemates seemed puzzled about where his apology was coming from.
Soma’s message of positivity seemed to have also touched Sholzy, who spoke to Tolanibaj in the garden about the importance of not allowing stereotypes to linger. The conversation came up after he overheard Tolanibaj talking about her situationship with Neoenergy and the controversies surrounding it. Sholzy encouraged Tolanibaj to change the narrative surrounding her personality as a Big Brother housemate. He was concerned that her fights with other female housemates might give off the idea that she was a negative person.
Seyi apologises for his utterances
Only time will tell if comedy week will bring more positivity to Biggie’s house. It has the potential to lighten the mood and provide a much-needed break from the tensions and controversies that have been circulating. However, it ultimately depends on how the housemates embrace and engage with the comedic activities.
Pere acknowledges his mistakes
He had been emotional since his misunderstanding with Cross, and a hug session brought them back together. While in the garden, Pere expressed his love to the entire house and then poured out a heartfelt apology to Cross, whom he sees as a brother. Cross accepted his apology with open arms. Pere also apologised to Adekunle, Alex, Venita, and finally, Ilebaye, who initially hesitated to accept his apology as he had hurt her significantly; however, she gave in, and they both embraced each other.
Ike publicly seeks forgiveness
Although he had a heart-to-heart with Ilebaye privately, Ike followed Pere’s footsteps and addressed the housemates. He said his sorries to Angel, Alex, Cross, Ilebaye and Mercy Eke, stating that he planned to do better going forward.
Number 2. Tolanibaj has had it with Neoenergy’s liaisons with other #BBNaijaAllStars female housemates and she bares her mind about it to Adekunle.
Following the theme of the week, the housemates have been all about positive energy and good vibes. Despite their efforts to maintain a positive atmosphere, tensions have started to rise among some of them, which has us wondering how long the good vibes will last. Doyin made it clear this afternoon while speaking with Ike that she does not intend to speak to Ilebaye and Venita for the rest of the show. While Pere confirmed to Ike that he was not done shaking up the house.

Doyin, in a conversation with Ike, revealed that her friendship with Ilebaye is over and went ahead to make a bet with him to keep her promise. After her conversation with Ike, Doyin had another conversation with Tolanibaj, where she went on another rant about her issues with Ilebaye. It remains to be seen whether Doyin’s decision will result in future confrontations with Ilebaye and Venita. However, her willingness to openly express her issues suggests that tensions may continue to escalate among them.
Impending wahala in Biggie’s house?
Are the housemates ever done shaking up the house?😭 Apparently not, because Pere made it clear to Ike while in the dressing area that he has only taken some time off to chill but will soon resume his tactics. “Peace is for the week,” Pere emphasised..
This afternoon, Pere softened up to house guest Lucy as he was seen trying to convince her not to voluntarily exit the Big Brother Naija All Stars house. Lucy had spoken about being afraid of getting into a fight and ruining her reputation hence the decision to rather leave.
The housemates are going through a week of fun and positive affirmation; maybe this might positively affect the outlook of Doyin, Pere, Lucy and every other housemate in terms of their approach to creating drama and stirring up trouble. However, it remains to be seen whether this temporary break from chaos will truly change their behaviour in the long run. Only time will tell!
