Bola Ahmed Tinubu who has been doing everything possible to garner legitimacy to his mandate both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria addressed Nigerians amidst miscalculated policies within few months of entering into Aso rock.
It’s becoming increasingly obvious that Tinubu and his APC members are bent on putting the cart 🛒 before the horse 🐴 with the series of Policy permutations they have been doing lately.
If you noticed, Tinubu’s loyalists have been singing about the 200,000 metric tonnes of grains BAT promised to open up for them in the wilderness.
For crying out loud…. How on earth would this be an immediate need of Nigerians?

It means, these people don’t even understand the problem not to talk of how to start solving it.
In all his innuendos, he never mentioned anything about fixing Power and Refineries to make petrol cheaper.

Nigerians don’t need any palliatives… Mentioning Billions of Naira like a child quoting the pages of Ababio Chemistry doesn’t translate to solving the needs of Nigerians now.
… Ordinarily, all they need do is, make a supplementary budget for Fuel subsidy, remove all the corruption and bottlenecks there…
Give massive license to modular refineries, sell crude to them in Naira..
Invest all those billions in a well time bound resuscitation of the moribund refineries… Even if it’s two that come on board… Slowly pull out the subsidy in batches…
Invest those Billions he was mentioning for the grains into Power…. Let Nigerians start seeing improved Electricity so they wouldn’t be spending all their money buying fuel for Generator.
As for the education loan…. Nigerian students were never complaining about school fees hike until BAT happened to them..
Oga, reverse and return what you removed secretly from the Education.. They don’t need a loan but a grant to some students that would meet up the criteria academically or otherwise.
