The Labour party presidential candidate, Peter Obi is genuinely and glaringly different from the other presidential aspirants by miles apart.
Peter Obi has a direct connect with the people, the downtrodden, the youths, people living with disabilities and elites alike. This is not election drama pretense. Prio to this electioneering exercise, Peter Obi enters a public flight with every other citizen, no segregation, no security personnel as a former Governor and you could feel his humility. I doubt if any former governor is as accessible as Peter Obi is which obviously endeared him to the Nigerian people.
You could tell how genuine he is from his body language.
Earlier in Uyo, Peter Obi in a Townhall meeting with National Obidients Students (video) took his time to answer questions from the students. You could feel that this man wouldn’t dissappear from the public after election. He touches their shoulder, he consistently shows them that he is to be trusted.
A student asked about the Nigerian stake holders who have always caused troubles and are still causing more troubles.
Peter Obi tapped his shoulder before reassuring him that he is the major stake holder.
Peter Obi:
“When I started they told me that I will Stop in 1 months cos I don’t have Structure but now they are all combining against Me cos they are scared that This Man will retire all of Them”
