You’d recall that he introduced a gold 
badge feature to the existing blue badge 
The gold badge would be exclusive for government agencies and organizations. While the blue badge is still maintained for celebrities.

Today, he introduced a new feature which disabled like and Retweet feature unless you open the tweet, you may not be able like or Retweet a post passively.
Above all, he removed the “Twitter for iphone and Twitter for Android” dichotomy.
