The Nigeria Television Authority, NTA, had extended their invitation to Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his VP candidate, Shettima to a Townhall meeting anchored by Kadaria Ahmed.
The date for the debate was today and as expected Tinubu and his deputy ran away. They both never showed up.
It’s on record that APC presidential candidate and his deputy have totally ignored Nigerians by shunning any public debate or Townhall series to engage with Nigerians except his own organized meetings.
And booom! NTA haz issued a notice to that effect.
You’d recall that Atiku and Okowa pulled out of same Townhall meeting as well.
It’s only Peter Obi and his Vice, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed that have been appearing and talking to Nigerians, answering all questions thrown to them.
Nigerians, wake up and smell the coffee ☕
