INEC Presents Certificates Of Return To Soludo, Ibezim(images)

The Anambra State Governor-Elect, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo and Deputy Governor-Elect, Onyedikachukwu Ibezim have been presented with their respective Certificates of return today in Awka, by the National Chairman of INEC, Mahmoud Yakubu  represented by the INEC Federal Commissioner on Voter Education, Festus Okoye.
