A former Guarantee trust bank driver who worked for the boss of Delta state oil producing areas development commission (DESOPADEC) has been arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year old girl and getting her pregnant in the process.
According to report, the said man had worked with GTB before he was sacked for an undisclosed offence before allegedly getting embroiled again with this. It happened in Sapele, Delta state.
As reported by a journalist Oghenek, Mr. Friday, the said man doubled as both the personal driver of the man and his kids and thus had free access to his house.
On the fateful day, he had gone to pick up the 13-year old daughter of his boss and noticed she was bathing and waited for her to finish before forcing himself on her,defiled her and got her pregnant therein.
He was apprehended and arrested by the police.
The story is getting more complicated as another source revealed that Mr. Friday actually sent the sum of 50,000 naira to the girl’s mother to carry out an abortion.
