Why it is important that INEC chairman testifies ============

1. Yes evidences abound and are admitted. What remains what probate value the court is gonna accord all these evidences.

2. INEC is the maker of all these document and it’s only logical for INEC head to testify but not form opinions on these documents

3. INEC chairman testifying is the umbrella for everything that happened in the Election nationally.

4. Despite section 137 of the electoral act that precludes oral testimony if and only if the tendered document is either original or certified, it would have been near impossible to call oral witnesses for each polling unit.

5. All these evidences will be analysed forensically by an expert witness to form opinion on these documents.

6. Remember there must be appropriate testimony before forensic analysis so it is very important that INEC chair testifies.
