The Nigerian Police dispersed the peaceful Protesters for the late Mohbad in lagos last night.
You’d recall that Mohbad’s Body was Exhumed for Autopsy where fresh blood discovered in his coffin (video)?
One may wonder when a peaceful protest has been outlawed in a democratic settings….

People protest around the world, for the most stupid things.
I’ve seen massive protests over chicken, veggies blocking roads and demanding people stop killing chickens. I’ve seen protests bcos the national team lost a game of football. I’ve seen massive protests bcos fans want the coach or ownership of a local club to resign.
What I’ve never seen is a democracy where protests are outlawed, criminalized and turned into a bloodbath. Makes absolutely no sense.
In a democracy of 210M people, only terrorists like Asari Dokubo and co are allowed to protest. Law abiding citizens are shot at once they try to protest, but terrorists are encouraged and paid to protest.

If people decide to come out at midnight and protest, it’s their own business. You just provide security and make sure hoodlums don’t infiltrate.
Is this still a democracy? I don’t think it is to be honest. It’s best we redefine what we are doing in Nigeria.
Probably the President should just assume the title of Supreme Leader, bcos this is a mockery of democracy.
“They protested at 11pm” is not an excuse for the bloodbath Im seeing.
