Governor Nyesom Wike, of Rivers state is practically turning from a supposed hero to a villain within a twinkle of an eye because of a selfish political interest.
“i would rather remain in PDP where there’s malaria than move to the APC where there’s cancer,” says Wike.
The leading presidential candidate, Peter Gregory Obi was slated to visit 7 communities in Rivers state yesterday but surprisingly, all those didn’t happen.
Some people had said he flew to Abuja to sign the peace Accord and that was why he couldn’t go on with his slated Rivers state visit.
On the contrary, Jkcyno news got from a tweet online :
“So Peter Obi was scheduled to be in Rivers state today. Governor Nyesom Wike called him to inform him that he couldn’t guarantee his safety.
Peter Obi insisted & said it doesn’t matter, that there isn’t security anywhere in Nigeria.
His helicopter had already taken off and
was en route when he was called again & informed that his security clearance had been withdrawn by Governor Nyesom Wike, the baby tyrant.
This is the reason Peter Obi couldn’t be in Rivers state today.
It has now become glaringly obvious that Nyesom Wike has declared an all-out war on Peter Obi in his bid to deny the people of Rivers state access to good governance.
Someone tweeted thus :
“When I said some thought I was lying. I was there with the House of Rep guy when call came in that PO has been denied clearance by Wike. But we will reciprocate it in the governorship election.”
Now, i can’t ascertain the veracity of that allegations above but one thing i know for sure is…
If Peter Obi wasn’t denied clearance to land, there’s no way Peter Obi wouldn’t visit at least few communities in Rivers before flying ✈ to Abuja sign last peace Accord (pictures).
Something is definitely not ok with Wike…
I sincerely hope this news would be debunked as false.
Wike is obviously trying to sacrifice the entire Rivers state people to Tinubu who seems to be the safest haven to evade his crimes after his term as the governor.
Are Rivers people actually cowards that Wike would use them to buy immunity from A Muslim-Muslim ticket which poses the greatest danger to the existentiality of Christians in Nigeria.
Aside Tinubu being senile, his emergence poses serious trait to Nigeria’s democracy.
This cannot be allowed to happen….
