Jkcyno news earlier reported that the presidential election Tribunal Adjourned Obi’s pre-hearing against Tinubu to May 19.

One of the legal representatives of Peter Obi, Kenneth Okonkwo has helped to shed more light on what transpired in the court today.
According to the lawyer, INEC had refused to present to the LABOUR PARTY’s legal team the full certified true copy (CTC) requested and ordered by the competent court.
Meanwhile, INEC were expected to have collated all the CTC before announcing any result ab initio.
On the 19th of May, it’s expected that INEC must have presented all the CTC to the Labour party.
As for the Lamidi Apapa and his fellow miscreants, Kenneth said he has no legal right to even appear to the court to claim whom he isn’t and no court had given him such powers as he maintained that no court can remove a National Chairman of Labour party except the NEC.
