The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has increased the registration fees for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME).
It also announced the opening of registration portal for creation of profiles for prospective applicants.
In a statement posted on its official X handle, the examination body said applicants who would sit for mock exams are to pay N7,700, while candidates who will not sit for mock will be paying N6,200.
From the statement, extra N2,100 was added in the registration fee for the examination.

Part of the statement reads, “This is to inform all prospective 2024 UTME/DE candidates that creation of Profiles for registration has officially started, while the sale of application documents would commence on Monday 15th January, 2024.
