Bola Ahmed Tinubu who was in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on the invitation of yesom Wike to commission some of his projects surprised Wike by what he said during his speech.
Tinubu, during his speech asked Wike not to expect any refund from him regarding the 12 fly overs he did in the state unless he would lobby him.
Wike was seen laughing hysterically as Seyi Makinde, one of the remaining so-called integrity group plastered surprise on his smiley face.
“Tinubu to Wike: I owe you nothing, I commend you for building roads but it is your roads, you live there. You can not compel me to refund you. You can only lobby me to collect.
