The Unfortunate Realities of Dangote Refinery to ordinary Nigerians

The Almighty Dangote Refinery is finally here Nigerians…. Hurray!!!

Few days before Muhammadu Buhari‘s exit as the president of Nigeria, Dangote Refinery was hurriedly launched and taunted as the greatest achievement of Buhari’s malnourished 8 years spell.

What a country…. A supposedly private company from a private citizen. There were so many red flags 🎌, yet Nigerians ignored and kept cheering them on.

The Federal Government of Nigeria via Bola Tinubu who hurriedly announced #FuelSubsidyIsGone has also been denying the payment of same subsidy.

Again i ask, why denying doing the right thing?

Energy security is the greatest intervention any sensitive or serious government should priorize… In Nigeria, majority of the leaders don’t seem to understand this very elementary economics.

Amidst the long debacle of Malta 🇲🇹 oil importation denial and Dangote vs NNPCL champions league battle..

Dangote finally appeared on the national tv screens with some translucent bottled samples of PMS and Diesel…

Ordinarily, this would have been an answer to many prayers of Nigerias as this would bring respite to their energy crisis.

Anarchy loooms indeed..!!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, the NNPCL immediately hiked their pump prices nationwide…,

Permission to laugh 😂….

Now, see the most worrying part of the whole scenario..

Dangote was quoted as saying, “the pricing of my PMS and diesel would be determined by the FEC”

Helloooooo….!!!!

And we’re hearing too that NNPCL are to again hold an exclusive rights to supply from Dangote…

Wonders shall never end..

So, apparently, Dangote is telling Nigerians that it’s actually the Federal government that determines the price for his cement, noodles, sugar and several other businesses?

Why would they be the one determining the price he is to sell PMS to Nigerians?

Crude oil is actually a curse to Nigerians than being a blessing…

The Military era built 4 Solid Refineries and all the major infrastructures you see in Nigeria today,….

Yet, the almighty Democratic government cannot revamp those moribond refineries?

Are you aware that NNPCL has been paying their staff millions of dollars for years without refining a single crude?

What a country…

What am i saying?

The much anticipated Dangote Refinery has been highjacked by same Government that has Sworn never to make their own refineries work…

It was as if the Dangote refinery has infuriated the FG to punish Nigerians the more…

Brace up for more difficult days ahead Nigerians…

Las las… All man go dey alright!!!

History beckons as Anarchy looms…
