Gov. Wike Proscribes IPOB in Rivers state

The war against the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) in Rivers took a different dimension on Wednesday when Governor Nyesom Wike signed an executive order reinforcing the ban on the group’s activities.
