The Federal Government is set to re-arraign the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB,  Nnamdi Kanu, on an amended six-count treasonable felony charge. Court adjourns Kanu’s case till May 18 to decide his bail request

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Friday, slated May 18 to rule on an application the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, filed to be released on bail, pending the determination of the treasonable felony charge the Federal Government entered against him. Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial Adjourned to February 16, 2022

The Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned to consider the application filed by the defence lawyer, Mike Ozekhome, SAN. Nnamdi Kanu had earlier pleaded not guilty to the FG’s amended charges.
