The Vice presidential candidate of the Labour party, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed who was a guest at Arise TV prime time show with Charles Aniagolu stated unequivocally that swearing in a Fraudulently selected Bola Ahmed Tinubu by Buhari and the CJN is as good as swearing in a Military regime.
Datti-Babba Ahmed who had reoccurring citation of Section 134 which Tinubu’s mandate totally contravened insisted and prayed the justices handling the case would have recourse to the plight of Nigerians and grant their prayers.
