The funny online battle between Nigeria and South Africans continue as they move to voting a chubby lady from Nigeria representing kwara state in the ongoing Miss Universe 2017.
Miss Kwara is trending because South Africans are massively supporting her with their hard earned cash.
They want the plus size model to win Miss Universe Nigeria ahead of Chidimma Adetshina as payback for Nigerians mocking them when a French woman won their Miss SA.
What they don’t realize is that, their votes can’t crown any winner.
Earlier this week, Miss Kwara, Ufa Dania broke the internet after her full body was seen in a pre peagent vibing video.
While people from Ilorin were questioning if she is the best Ilorin could do. South Africans were joyous because they’ve found a “joker”.
Now that it’s time for voting. Ufa Dania is inches away from overtaking Chidimma in the polls.

Ufa Dania is not necessarily from Kwara State.
Let me explain how it works.
So, its a Miss Nigeria pageant, meaning that only Nigerian women can participate. But, the form is open to everyone. Together, they will go through a series of qualification rounds. At the end they will have some finalists.
Now, these finalists will compete for the Universe title. But they are not selected based on “what state you are from”. During the sash session, all finalists will pick a random number from a pool. Any state you pick, is the state you will represent.
This is to ensure that all states are represented. (Not all states will send applications). This will aide balance, help the contestants learn about other cultures and this system also strikes out chances of bias.
