Part 3.

The evidence came in like “coolers of jollof rice” ready to be served in a wedding ceremony… 🍚

SAN Emeka: My lord, may we now move to Adamawa State. We seek to render for 21 LGA Certified True Copies for Adamawa State.

Justice Ugo: Oga Emeka it is Adamawa not Ahhhdaaamamawan ‘Everyone is laughing’ Na wa oh these justices will soon start comedy. Wahala for Sabinus.

SAN Emeka: My lord there is a little typographical error on page 4. I am sorry my lord, you will see number 22 but it is 21.

Justice Tsammani: That is no problem.

SAN Emeka: And my lord, I must sincerely apologize for the wrong pronunciations.

Justice Tsammani: No problem, it would even make us lighter and not keep us in squeezed faces.

SAN Emeka is now calling the 21 LGA presented for Niger State and I am using this time to eat my biscuits abeg, nobody should stress me….. Haahaaaaaaa

You know the usual, once Labour Party lawyers finish calling and presenting the form EC8A sheets, all the respondents will object even INEC that gave certified true copies will also object the documents and they will all then say they will write written address. Me I hope their ink does not finish sha. Because after all these written address, pen will cost like fuel for market. SAN Emeka is now done calling the 21 LGA for Adamawa.

INEC: We object and will give a response in a written address stating our reasons.

Tinubu and Shettima: We object to these presentation and will give a written address at the address stage.

APC: My lord, we object to the admission of these documents and would state our reasons in a written address.

What did I tell you. My people, buy your pen now because ink go soon cost.

Justice Tsammani: These documents are now admitted as evidences and marked as exhibits for the petitioner.

SAN Emeka: Thank you my lord. Respectfully let me move on with Bayelsa.

Juestice Tsammani: Okay

SAN Emeka: My lord I seek to tender in respect of 8 LGA in Bayelsa State. Which are Southern Ijaw, Depe, Sapama (Na wa oh, so sapa get LGA in Nigeria, wow) Ekereme, Bolokuma and he called 3 others.

Bayelsa is now tendered and admitted as evidences

SAN Emeka: My lord, may I quickly move to Oyo State. May we now apply to tender 31 LGA form EC8A certified true copies sheets.

Justice Tsammani: Yes let’s go on.

SAN Emeka is now calling the 31 LGAs He cannot pronounce any of the LGA correctly And the whole court has been laughing.

Justice Tsammani: Don’t mind them learned silk, just pronounce them anyhow, after all we can see the LGA you’re referring to on the list.

SAN Emeka: Thank you my lord, I am only pronouncing it how I see it ‘Pronouncing Yoruba is very difficult, I remember when I visited one mountain in Ogun State as a kid and they pronounced OGUN 90 different times with 90 different meaning’. I was scarred. So you all should leave SAN Emeka alone .

SAN Emeka is now done with Oyo State. All the respondents objected to the admissibility of the documents and stated they will give a written address showing their reasons.

Justice Tsammani, Justice Ugo, Justice Bolaji, Justice Bello and Justice Adah are all currently looking through some documents thoroughly.
