The National Youth service corps, NYSC is trending this morning in Nigeria for the wrongest reason.

Ladies and Gentlemen…. The above attachment is from the NYSC’s manual to corp members warning them to get kidnapping money or ransom handy while traveling to their orientation camps to avoid stories that touch.

Again, if your family can’t afford Ransom don’t travel for NYSC. I would have said don’t go to the north but people are getting kidnapped almost everywhere in Nigeria. The government doesn’t care and if you think you won’t get jobs cos of NYSC , even with it there’s no job.

If you are planning to go to NYSC camp this year and you can’t afford to pay for direct posting to a nearby state, kindly chill for now. Nigeria is not safe and our leaders do not care.
