Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) for Awka North and South Federal Constituency for the 2023 general elections, Chief Kingsley Uyammadu, has promised to represent the constituency very well if elected in the upcoming polls.
Honorable Kingsley Chukwudozie Uyanmmadu (otosi Achala) , YPP candidate for House of Representative, Awka North and South Federal constituency has wishes all Christians a blessed merry Christmas, especially the good people from his constituency whom he is seeking to represent in the coming polls. He described Jesus Christ as the main reason for the season of Christmas celebration.
Hon. Uyanmmadu who addressed our newsmen in Awka started off by thanking God Almighty for His mercies to His people all through 2022 such that we’ve experienced good health of mind and body.
He also prayed for as many that are still alive, that the mercy of God would see them into 2023, for a better Awka North and South, for a better Anambra state and for a better Nigeria. 🇳🇬
Hon. Uyanmmadu described 2022 as a very challenging year, not only in Nigeria but globally embroiled with so much economic and security challenges. Holding unto God is the only way to make it past these challenges, he mentioned.
He recommended that it’s imperative and expedient for the Government to create an enabling environment with realistic policies to enable small business starters to thrive especially in this time of recession. He also prayed the government to give out palliatives to aid in alleviating people’s plight.

Hon. Uyanmmadu who’s contesting under the umbrella of YPP stated that it’s time for people to look past party and vote individuals. He bemoaned the poor representation from other members from the other candidates over the years.
He decried that Awka North with respect is facing serious marginalization as Awka South seem to be overriding in most of the basic amenities and having government presence.
Hon. Uyanmmadu promised to set aside an agricultural free trade zone that would take up with minimum of 5,000 people which would be complimented with a vocational institute in the south such that after 6 months training would enable the one secure a job.
He challenged anyone from the South to come engage him in a public debate and boasts that he is the most qualified and peculiar candidate to represent his constituency.
As for the youth, he reiterated that creating an enabling environment for youths to thrive would be his trademark where his free tradezone and vocational institute would focus on the youth.
Awka North is lacking in so many things, he once again decried. That’s one of the anomalies he has come to amend. No business is better than the other which is the main reason he is advising the banks to invest on ideas.
Hon. Uyanmmadu whose versed experience spans through education and business enterprise narrates how his business sojourn had taken him to so many countries where he had understudied them and seen how they were able to handle their own difficult moments. These are few advantages and edge he has over his opponents.
On the final note, Hon. Kingsley Chukwudozie Uyanmmadu thanked the good people of Anambra and Awka North and South Constituency as he urged them to vote him to be able to bring in some policies that would impact his people and for the good of Anambra people and Nigeria at large.
