Like i often said, don’t you ever allow yourself to believe that LP lawyers didn’t do a good legal job or even Atiku’s lawyers didn’t do a good job… No way..
They did everything awesomely but the PEPT Judges were eating and dinning with APC and their cohorts.
They are the Referee who decided to become the 12th player with the opponent, throwing away the VAR…..
Evil PEPT judges…. Posterity will never be kind to 5 of them.
Meanwhile, when the rumor of some people writing the PEPT JUDGEMENT for the judges, they were quick to make arrest, Gaslighting people..
Alas, more evidences are coming out indicating that something terrible happened with the PEPT Judgement..

Why am I seeing “Tinubu Presidential Legal Team (TPLT)” on the top left corner of every page?
I’ve seen CTC of court judgments before, and it’s not normally like that.
Hope it’s not what I’m thinking? Hear me out:
So maybe Tinubu’s legal team wrote the judgment and sent to Tsammani and friends, with their TPLT watermark on top to make it easier for the judges to differentiate it from any other judgment that they (the judges) may have written.

Then, the judges on 06/09/2023 really came and read TPLT written judgment to Nigerians, after which they sent it to the secretariat to be typed. Then, the secretary thinks that’s part of the judgment and goes ahead to type it along. Then, because of the recent pressure from the Petitioners to get the CTC, and perhaps coupled with the “most likely true” rumour that the judges have gone to Paris to collect their bribe money, they couldn’t vet it, and it was now certified and handed to the Petitioners like that….
I can bet that’s exactly what happened. We’re used to these kind clumsiness and rascality in Nigeria (just like how Shettima could have ignored withdrawing his senatorial nomination before taking up VP nomination). They don’t bother applying caution again, afterall Nigerians won’t do anything…

The diffce between a header & a watermark is the difference betwn the 2 documents above. “Strictly Legal” in the document to the right is a watermark. “Tinubu Presidential Legal Team” in the document to the left is a header. The watermark is easily explained. The header not so.
The more ppl who ought to know better doubledown on deliberately confusing a header with a watermark, the more they wld tend to suggest something insidious. All folks are asking for now is a rational explanation. All that is being supplied is adjectives & defensiveness.

According to Bayo Onanuga @aonanuga1956, their team of lawyers put the header there after they obtained the CTC from appeal court, to help show off to the world their own copy and that they indeed won the case. I don’t know how objective that explanation is, it is left for each..”
