Letter To The Judiciary In Nigeria ahead of PEPT verdict

Well Meaning Nigerians know that Nigeria is sitting on a keg of Gunpowder with the current crop of people occupying the Aso rock…

Against the votes and wishes of the majority of Nigerians, they allegedly bought their way through and sneaked into the apex job in the country. Unfortunately for them, Nigerians, especially the Obidients would be their greatest nightmare as they can’t allow them steal their mandate and go away with it.

You’d recall the funny Resume of Ministerial candidate in India Vs Nigeria?

This shows you the caliber of people Claiming to have the best interest of Nigerians at heart.

A super Obidient, @firstladyship dropped an important letter to the Judiciary ahead of their verdict on the Presidential election Petition case.

Read below and share widely :

“LETTER TO THE JUDICIARY IN NIGERIA.

My lords, Nigerians watched the events at the PEPT with keen interest & with cautious optimism. Now I’m moved to appeal to your consciences via this medium. My hope is that justice will be done, & seen to be done.

FOR THE GLORY OF NIGERIA! 🇳🇬

They say we can’t win. They say our case is unwinnable, that we are chasing a cockamamie case. But they are wrong, so wrong! We are chasing a precedent because the law is wrong. People should not be inaugurated when others are in court. But here we are, fighting one day at a time.

Laws are meant for human beings, they should not be an obstacle to our children’s aspirations. Nigerians are asking you to set a new precedent, as Judges have done before (when a law is outdated). The purpose of the law is not to protect the corrupt, nor to discriminate against the politicians.

The law is made to protect the GUIDING PRINCIPLES of a nation, without which a nation is doomed. Please, “fix the laws that are most in line with the intents of the Constitution. Help Nigerians equally! Give every Nigerian a fighting chance.”

My Lords, “Nigerians are not asking you to change the country. Look around you; Nigeria is already changing without any court’s permission!” We are simply asking you to protect the Right of Nigeria to Change, & to Choose. Change is constant. The right to choose is their inalienable rights.

Laws cannot change until minds are changed. So reach out to your neighbors & groups. Talk to your church members. Educate them on: Civil Rights, Protection Rights, Voting Rights, Equality, Equity, Morality, Justice & Equal Citizenship. Teach them these new ways of thinking.

Let them know that your Darling Nigeria can change, & will change. “For the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge. But time & chance happen to them all.” TIME & CHANCE!

NIGERIA IS CHANGING, & Nigerians must stay together. Time & chance will happen to them all. It took a 100 years for a “Radical Social Change” to happen. My lords, “you are being urged to protect the cultures & the traditions, the morality of a Nigeria that may no longer exist.”

Those are the legacies that Nigerians are urging you to uphold. 24 years ago, it would have been unimaginable that a certain underdog called Peter Obi, could aspire to the highest office in the land. 44 years ago, the notion of “Soro Soke” would have been a taboo; unheard of.

A 100 years ago? a black man would not have the right to stand for the Office of the President of the United States. He won’t have the Right to his Freedom, & to Choose. It is called PRECEDENT. They were set so that future Generations (my Generation) will have a fighting chance.

Nigerians are bared by Limitations of the Law, bared from opportunities based on assumptions of their abilities. “How can they ever disprove these assumptions, if the law sets boobytraps everywhere?” My lords, “it’s open season on criminality!”

What is at stake is the Nigerian Family; the fabric of what makes us a United Nation. So as you give those judgements, remember the young. NIGERIA BELONG TO THEM! Nigeria forgot The Young. It is time the judges got back in the fight. ✊

If Justice is applied in Nigeria, then Bola Tinubu will be removed. If Justice comes down on election riggers, Professor Mahmood Yakubu would be in jail. My lords, you can set the precedent that can will get Nigeria started, you can right this wrong!

When you do so? you bear witness in Heaven & on earth, you give back to Nigerians, their long-lost voices. 2023 is a marathon not a sprint. Again, I urge you Nigerians, don’t give the fight. Posterity is with you. The world is with you. All the Heavens hear you.

GOD BLESS NIGERIA!! 🇳🇬🙏
