INEC regulations quell rumors of Debacle in Labour Party

WITH INEC CURRENT REGULATIONS, IT’S IMPOSSIBLE FOR LABOUR PARTY TO PRODUCE MORE THAN ONE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE

Those carrying funny propaganda of 3 candidates in Labour Party need to get this fact that it’s not only comical, but it shows their lack of knowledge of how things work politically.

1. Before any party conduct primary election there must be a notice to INEC and INEC officials will attend to monitor the process.

2. INEC has the specimen signature of legal National secretary and National Chairman of all registered political parties. Hence, correspondence with INEC is only legal and accepted when it comes with legal matching signature.

3. No matter how bastardized the system is, for now INEC does not act on notice for a primary election twice from the same political party for the same election the same year.

4. INEC only recognises the National Working Committee of Labour Party that produced Peter Obi as the presidential candidate and that can be confirmed from INEC website. So INEC does not recognise any other faction of Labour Party.

5. Hon Sampson Charles Uchenna aka Sammy Charles has debunked the false claim and the Chief Jude Ezenwafor contested under APGA for House of Representative, Idemili North and South Federal Constituency and lost. And with the new INEC regulation nobody can contest under two different parties during the same election year.

In the light of the above, it’s IMPOSSIBLE for Labour Party to produce another presidential candidate after producing Peter Obi in their INEC monitored primary election where other presidential aspirants that bad bought form before then publicly stepped down for Peter Obi to emerge on concession.

No matter our political differences, l will not join them to circulate propaganda that my children will later see on social media and be ashamed of their father.

Just imagine the so-called Labour presidential distraction…. Please, let the youths don’t get distracted…
