Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has denied His Excellency, Peter Gregory Obi of the Labour party and his Campaign team an excess to any government facility in Delta state ahead of their campaign rally in the state.
Unfortunately, Gov. Okowa who has been playing the dirty politics of calumny has reportedly approved a dejected land.
