If there’s something His Excellency Peter Gregory Obi has used Labour party to achieve in the consciousness of Nigerians and the Nigerian political space is the fact that Nigerians are now fully woke.
Yes, it’s not and would probably never be business as usual.
Beaming our political torch 🔦 at the Lagos state forthcoming gubernatorial elections, we have picked special interest in the Labour party gubernatorial candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.
The 39year old architect and activist is set to challenge the status quo with a different ideology to governance especially as it relates to lagos state.
You may probably haven’t heard much about this young man’s approach to governance.
Watch the video below…
The interview, GRV had with the Arise news above shows a snippet of what the young man has in his head.
This to me seems like a man who’s ready from day one to start work knowing fully well the great task ahead.
Jkcyno news also gathered that the visibly worried APC camp and its members in lagos have resorted to threats to life as usual against the Lagosians who might likely vote against the incumbent governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu whose major role in the terrible Endsars protest in lagos still remains fresh in the mind of the majority.
Sanwo-Olu had repeatedly denied that anyone died during the mayhem that happened at the Lekki toll gate even when the investigative committee set up by same state government came out with a contrasting view.
Lagos state government has successfully buried that report while reportedly paying compensations to the victims off camera.
APC supporters who restored to blackmailing the Labour party gubernatorial candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour using ethnicity seems laughable. They said he has Igbo Blood in him because his mother is Igbo.
Can you imagine such despicable antics just to subjugate the will of Lagosians in the 21st century.
Nigerians, Nigeria would not remain thesame again after these series of pre and post Electoral events…..
The People are woke….
Over time, Nigerians had focused on The Executive and Legislative arm of the Government while totally ignoring the Judiciary which had made them go away with so much to the detriment of the majority.
This time, Nigerians must demand justice and get it.
March 11th, 2023 is another day to make a statement…
Go out vote!
