[dropcap]N[/dropcap]igeria, a country with versed but rich cultures does not only pride in her beautiful scenic views but also in her delicious delicacies.
Today, we wish to take you down south-southern part of Nigeria 🇳🇬 where they make exceptional meals of roasted plantain known as Boli which functions well with a roasted fish.
No matter how well you prepare this delicacy outside Port-Harcourt, it can never be like pitakwa own.
Unripe plantain is roasted and eaten with red oil raced with Utazi. Aside the nutritional value of this meal, iron from the unripe plantain and cleansing effect of the “utazi” , it comes very handy as both rich and mid-class can afford it in Port Harcourt.
Just incase, you would wish to travel down South to have a taste, Trans Amadi industrial layout is a place to visit and thank me later.
I had gone, seen, tasted and confessed that Capital letter “A” is different from small letter “a”.
