Ladies and Gentlemen…
PEPT has struck off APM’s Petition which was challenging the Invalid nomination of Kashim Shettima.
My problem is the ground for striking it out.
Is the Court saying that the issue of qualification of a candidate at an election can not be visited after the election?
Justice Tsammani is reading the judgment or the judgement is reading him.
It’s not being read in a way you can follow up. He’s now just reading it out as quickly as he can so as to get done with it to possibly save time and saliva.
Meanwhile, the camera has refused to show the faces of the Judges…
From all indications… Justice Tsammani doesn’t seem like he wrote this judgement..
