The Gubernatorial candidate of the Labour Party in Delta state, Ken Pela wins his case against the PDP’s Governor, Oborevwori.

The news was declared after an appeal court sitting today in Abuja where Ken Pela was declared the winner in the 2023 Gubernatorial election.

Not too many persons knew about this case as all eyes were all Enugu Gubernatorial case.

It now would depend on the Supreme Court Judgments….

I just spoke to Ken Pela and confirmes… We've won at the Court of Appeal.

Ken Pela's case was upheld by the Court of Appeal and it will now go back to the Tribunal for continual of Trial.
