[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he 2018 Billboard Music Awards celebrated some of music’s biggest names on Sunday night (May 20) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The awards ceremony featured performances from Janet Jackson, who accepted the 2018 Billboard Music Awards ICON Award and performed for the first time on television in nine years, as well as Ariana Grande, John Legend, Dua Lipa and Ed Sheeran etc.
Biggest winners of the night were Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, and Pulitzer Prize winner Kendrick Lamar who all had 15 nominations each.
Sheeran took home the top artist prize while Kendrick took home the awards for Top Rap Artist amongst others.
