It was bloody yesterday in Anambra state as APC and APGA loyalists clash.
At Aguleri Ward 1 and Ward 2, Dr. Tony Nwoye’s supporters allegedly attacked by thugs using guns and machetes. The thugs were however alleged to be Mr. Chinedu Obidigwe and Eselu Aguleri’s loyalists who are all staunch supporters of APGA.
It was reported that the thugs came in wearing Willie Obiano’s campaign polos and fiercely destroyed all the chairs, canopies and wounded several of Tony Nwoye’s supporters as they were waiting for his arrival. The campaign was later cancelled as at the time of this report.
