Mobs have set ablaze police stations in Ekwulobia and Oko, all in Anambra state.
You’d recall that angry youths burnt the police station situated at IgboUkwu earlier this morning after a policeman attached to IgboUkwu police post shot and killed an “Okada” rider for allegedly refusing to pay the usual tips they often demand.
Jkcyno news also gathered that the deceased who is from Ebonyi state was preparing for his late father’s burial by January with a wife who recently put to bed before meeting his bizarre death in the hands of the trigger happy policemen.
However, in solidarity, some mobs at the neighboring communities of Ekwulobia and Oko have also burnt their own police station to show their grievance over what happened at IgboUkwu.
